Cancellation & refunds You may cancel your registration yourself, using the link in your joining-details email, up to 12 hours before the session begins. Your fee is refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. — Within 12 hours of the session, before it begins: the fee is not refundable, but you will receive a credit for 50% of it, valid for one year against any future Poornam session. — Once the session has begun: cancellation is no longer possible, and no refund or credit applies. Any refund at that stage is entirely at Poornam's discretion — write to reach@poornam.health. — A cancelled registration forfeits access to the session recording, whether or not the recording is shared with other registrants. — If Poornam changes the date, time, or content of the session: you will be told by email and may withdraw for a full refund at any time after that notice, regardless of the 12-hour rule. — If Poornam cancels the session: your fee is refunded in full to your original payment method automatically — you do not need to ask, and no further step is required from you. Any refund outside these terms is at Poornam's sole discretion, and may be issued as a credit towards a future Poornam session, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
